Our journey through Osaka and Nara was an unforgettable experience, filled with history, culture, and amazing food. Traveling together with my wife, we explored the best of both cities, each offering something unique.

In Nara, we visited the famous Nara Park, home to its iconic friendly deer. These deer had a surprising habit—they bowed in response to our greetings before eagerly expecting food in return! It was a charming and amusing experience. We also visited Tōdai-ji Temple, the city’s most famous landmark, known for its massive Great Buddha statue. While in Nara, we met four fellow travelers from Turkey—Berna, Atacan, Emre, and Serkan—and spent time exploring together.

Moving on to Osaka, we indulged in some of the city’s best food. We stopped at Pablo to try its famous cheesecake, a must-try for dessert lovers. Of course, no visit to Osaka is complete without seeing the Glico Running Man sign, an iconic symbol of the city. Another highlight was tasting Wagyu beef, a culinary experience that truly lived up to its reputation.

From Nara’s peaceful temples and playful deer to Osaka’s vibrant streets and incredible food, this trip was a perfect blend of culture, adventure, and unforgettable moments.
