budva

From Kotor, I made my way to Budva, a coastal town in Montenegro known primarily as a destination for beach tourism. The city has a lively Mediterranean vibe, with narrow streets, seaside promenades, and a mix of historic and modern architecture.

One of the highlights was seeing the “Budva Girl” statue, a famous sculpture of a girl holding her foot with her hand. This iconic statue has become a symbol of the town, representing grace and poise, and it’s often photographed against the backdrop of the Adriatic Sea. Walking along the promenade, I enjoyed the combination of history, art, and the relaxed seaside atmosphere that makes Budva so popular among tourists.
